Greetings, I am looking for examples of collection development policies developed by digital content consortia.  Ours is very focused on things like holds ratios and budgets  -- but is lacking a materials reconsideration policy and process -- like whether material challenges can come from member libraries, the general public, or both.  It seems like a good time to address this so I would be grateful for any examples anyone has to share.  Thank you.

    Hi Eileen --

I am attaching a PDF of the collection development policy for my consortium.  Let me know if you have any questions.

    I hope you're well!
