This presentation discusses how WVU libraries began incorporating project management (PM) principles into our projects with a primary focus to increase transparency and collaboration. As we strived to be a learning organization, we combined PM sound practices with open discussion and increased involvement.

While Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility can be elements of project management approaches, purposefully using PM techniques and processes provides opportunities for libraries and teams to ensure diversity of backgrounds and thoughts.
