I am a new Library Director Jackson, Wyoming  and I'm hoping you all can share your experience. We are a small 2 branch system that serves just 22k residents. Below is a link to a survey asking about Payroll and Accounting. For those of you in smaller systems, do you use internal staff, an external firm, or your local government (your funding agent) to do your Payroll and Accounting? Any insight, advice, or cause for concern you can share is appreciated.
