Our next monthly round table session is scheduled for October 14 at 1pm Eastern / noon Central. This time we will be talking about Project Management Best Practices. It's a pretty broad topic, so we will specifically dial in on the following sub-themes:
- Project communication
- Working with your project team
- Project management templates
- Project management online tools (i.e. Trello, etc.)
- Lessons learned (Dos and Don'ts) from project work
We hope to see many of you at the session! We also hope that you would be willing to come ready to share your experience and thoughts with others. There will be a shared Google Doc available at the session where we will crowdsource ideas to post on our IG's Connect space after the session is over.
