    Greetings –

The October issue of CD HotList: New Releases for Libraries has been posted and, as always, is freely available to all at http://cdhotlist.com. This month, for some reason, we have a bumper crop of box sets and twofer reviews, including a magisterial compilation of R&B from mid-century Washington, DC; paired releases of Bach transcriptions and of women playing experimental folk guitar; a lockdown album from Champian Fulton and her dad Stephen Fulton; a two-disc set of live recordings from Marshall Crenshaw; and much more. Enjoy!
