    Hi everyone

Thank you to who attended our CNIG session on Tuesday, June 9th! Although we had some difficulties staring the Zoom at the beginning, we could finish our three presentations after all. We were quite touched by many of you were sticking around at the end, which was around 4:30pm EDT!

Here , I am posting three presentation slides as well as the QA pdf and the session program slides. I hope people who could not attend can also benefit from the files.

    Again our presentations were:

    • "Metadata-from-Home: A Digital Collections Project During COVID-19" by Jessica L. Serrao, Metadata Librarian for Digital Collections, Clemson University; Scott Dutkiewicz, Metadata and Monographic Resources Team Lead, Clemson University; Charlotte Grubbs, Library Specialist, Clemson University
    • "How end users' expectations and behaviors affect cataloging norms" by Bela Gupta, Cataloging & Metadata Librarian, Claire T. Carney Library, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth
    • "Why is language coding so bad?" by Graeme Williams
We will add the session recording link once ALCTS post ours.

    All the best,

    - Keiko Suzuki, co-chair for CNIG
    Liz Borden, co-chair
    Susan Martin, co-vice-chair
