    Hiya all--

    Many thanks for those that attended Monday's Interest Group meeting!  The presentations have now been posted in our Connect space Library tab.  

    • Transparent Library Project Management - Dennis Smith, West Virginia University Libraries
    This presentation discusses how WVU libraries began incorporating project management (PM) principles into our projects with a primary focus to increase transparency and collaboration. As we strived to be a learning organization, we combined PM sound practices with open discussion and increased involvement.

      • IDEA in Project Management - Kirsten Clark, University of Minnesota Libraries
      While Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility can be elements of project management approaches, purposefully using PM techniques and processes provides opportunities for libraries and teams to ensure diversity of backgrounds and thoughts.  This presentation discusses current practices and literature in this area.
