Dear Councilors,
Upon the advice of ALA's legal counsel regarding the way the Charter of 1879 is written, we have amended the potential TAG motions. The changes are in red, so you can quickly identify them. The motions now read, "Executive Board" in place of "Board of Directors" and "Leadership Assembly" in place of "Advisory Council." Otherwise, the content remains the same as the motions sent out on January 15, 2022.
