This may not be soon enough to help you, but there's a book coming out in September - Supporting Trans People in Libraries (Krueger) - that may have some helpful information? The author also has some resources on their website:
https://www.stephengkrueger.com/trans-resources. These are primarily focused on transgender and non-binary issues, but may still be useful to you.

Subject: LGBTQIA library info for capstone paper
Hi, all!
I am finishing up my capstone paper this semester and it is on racial, sexual, and multilingual diversity in the library. I had tried to specifically focus on public libraries' staff. However, that narrow focus has been hindering me, especially when it comes to sexual and multilingual diversity. I have found some info on male vs. female, but not much on other/intersexual diversity. I have also wished to find more information about multilingual diversity among library staff. My professor suggested looking at the Social Responsibilities and LGBTQ round tables for input and resources, perhaps even just vision/mission statements. We discussed as well searching public administration laws regarding service in public sectors and such. Do you all have any resource ideas or input?
Thank you,
Andrea Faulk
