I am the new (and first!) University Archivist at San José State University and my major project over the next four years is to put a records management program in place that honors the complex diversity of our campus. I'm hoping to find like-minded archivists who can provide insight into the process of developing a social justice oriented records management program to work with me in developing a panel session proposal for the Archives*Records 2020 conference.
