    The Library Information Associate (LIA) utilizes high-level problem solving skills to process complex interlibrary loan and document delivery requests, including interpreting library policies and procedures. The LIA also coordinates the work of student employees on Sundays. Furthermore, this position provides excellent customer service, including taking a proactive approach to meeting customer need and initiating effective interventions that result in customer satisfaction.


    WORK HOURS:
    Sun: 9:00am-6:00pm; Mon-Thur: 8:00 am-5:00 pm.


    Staff may be required to change work schedules on occasion, to fill in behind evening staff to meet the needs of library customers.
