Here is information on our next post-election webinar. I hope you can attend:

Standing Up for Libraries: The Next 100 Days

The 119th U.S. Congress is scheduled to begin meeting on January 3, 2025, and the 47th U.S. President takes office on January 20, Inauguration Day. Now is the time for library advocates to get prepared. Join ALA Public Policy & Advocacy staff on January 15, 2025, for a member-exclusive webinar on the next steps for libraries. Standing up for libraries and library workers will demand both persistence and creative, year-round advocacy. Tune in to hear timely updates and insights from ALA member leaders, seasoned policy advocacy staff, and lobbyists, who will offer tangible steps for library advocates moving forward and preview upcoming legislation and litigation that will impact the library field.
