    Featured speaker Kathryn Deiss, library consultant and ACRL content strategist, will provide an overview of mentoring – why it’s important; basics of the mentor/mentee relationship; challenges of a remote relationship; and how to become a mentor or find a mentor. Deborah Tenofsky will discuss the LLAMA Mentoring Program and LLAMA mentor/mentee pair Janice Flug and Sarah Norris will share their experiences. Hayley Moreno of the ALCTS New Members Interest Group will share a report on Establishing an ALCTS Mentoring Program http://connect.ala.org/files/MentoringProgramReport_noSurvey.pdf Then you, our members, will have a chance to express your ideas, hopes, needs and goals for mentoring opportunities withn ALCTS.
