Engagement and Inclusion Librarian (Senior Assistant Librarian)
The University Library at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) seeks an innovative Engagement and Inclusion Librarian at the level of Senior Assistant Librarian to support the University and University Library’s goals for community engagement, inclusive excellence, and student success. As an integral member of the User Services Department, the Engagement and Inclusion Librarian will work collaboratively across campus on initiatives aimed at creating an inclusive community and fostering co-curricular user engagement. This includes participating in CSUSM's efforts to engage minoritized and/or underrepresented communities. The Engagement and Inclusion Librarian will provide leadership for the library’s co-curricular outreach and engagement initiatives, and will work collaboratively with library faculty and staff to support the development of inclusive and representative programming and services that are accessible and meet the needs of all CSUSM’s students.
