The LITA/ALCTS Authority Control Interest Group has three Advisory Board positions up for election.
Terms are two years and begin following ALA Annual 2016. Officers must be able to commit to attending both ALA Midwinter and ALA Annual during their terms.
Elections will be held during the Authority Control Interest Group business meeting on Sunday, June 26th starting at 3:00 in the Hyatt Regency Orlando, Florida Ballroom C.
Anyone interested in standing for election to one of these positions is invited to get in touch with Tatyana Chubaryan (tchubar@library.tamu.edu ) and/or Jodi L. Spillane (JLS@SC.EDU) prior to ALA if you have any questions or wish to announce your intent to run in advance. Anyone can be added to the ballot at the meeting itself also.
