Dear Members,
The Steering Committee on Organizational Effectiveness invites all members to provide feedback on 21st century leadership, organizational effectiveness, and potential models for organizing ALA in the future. These will be one hour conversations led by the Steering Committee and our consultants from Tecker International. All participants will have an opportunity to provide their valuable and welcome feedback on the future of ALA.
Opportunities to participate in a large conversation will take place in Sheraton Seattle, Cedar:

Sunday, January 27, 2019, 9:00 - 10:30am at Council I in Sheraton Grand Ballroom

Sunday, January 27, 2019, 1:00 - 2:30pm at the Planning and Budget Assembly meeting in Sheraton Metropolitan A
There will also be opportunities for virtual engagement in February for those who cannot make the Midwinter Meeting or the available times listed above. Those dates, times, and formats are forthcoming.
We look forward to sharing the Steering Committee's work over the last few months with you and finding out your ideas to bring ALA into the 21st Century.
