What weaknesses do you see in your current division? How would you like to see them improved upon in a new division?
Forum Responses:
In general, most of the weaknesses given were then followed with how uniting the three divisions could bolster that particular weakness. For example, the most often mentioned weakness was a focus on leadership development, which participants mentioned could be improved by joining with LLAMA. Other weaknesses that were mentioned included a lack of beginning-to-end career development, the financial expense of traveling to conferences/forums, an absence of programming presented by mid-to-late career professionals, and challenges regarding producing quality continuing education.
