Where do you see yourself in the future of this new division? What ideas do you have for how we can make sure that people can still find their home in a new division? Dive deep into your thoughts on what ample, meaningful opportunities for participation looks like to you.

Communication was the key theme when it comes to individuals seeing themselves in a new division. Participants stressed the need for a solid communication network for individual to feel included in a new division, while also needing it to find a place to land with like minded colleagues.
