Dear Councilors,
The ALA Executive Board Election is now open. Polls will close on Tuesday, January 26 at 7:00 a.m. Central Time.
Per Article III. Section 6c. Executive Board members are elected by the ALA Council. Eligible, current Councilors are to vote for no more than three candidates for the 2021-2024 Executive Board term. Councilors will use the same voting credentials from the Council II Meeting. If you did not receive your voting credentials, please contact governance@ala.org.
The 2021-2024 Executive Board Candidates are:

- Ann Ewbank, Associate Professor and Department Head, Education Director, School Library Media Program Montana State University
- Kari Mitchell, Public School Librarian

The Executive Board Candidate forum was held on Monday, January 25 @ 3:15-4:15 p.m. CT. A recording to this forum can be accessed by clicking on this Zoom link.
The tellers will certify the election results before the Council III meeting on Tuesday, January 26 @ 12:00-2:00 p.m. CT. Results will be made available on the Council website and announced during the Council III meeting.
