    Dear Councilors,

The Steering Committee on Organizational Effectiveness invites all members to provide feedback on potential models for organizing ALA in the future. These will be one hour conversations led by the Steering Committee and our consultants from Tecker International. All participants will have an opportunity to provide their valuable and welcome feedback on the future of ALA.

We will also be holding targeted discussions focusing on specific aspects of our remodel options, such as Councilors. Please join us in an hour-long Council specific discussion on Monday, January 28, 2019, 2:30 - 3:30pm in Sheraton Seattle, Cedar. We will also be providing a brief, general update on the work of SCOE at Council I on Sunday morning. We are currently allotted 30 minutes but if we get through the agenda quickly, will continue the discussion.

    • Sunday, January 27, 2019, 12:00pm - 1:00pm
