We will continue this iterative process and look forward to sharing our findings and our refined recommendations with you all over the next few months, in order to present to the Executive Board this fall, and then, again, to present at Midwinter. For the full and current SCOE timeline including Council voting, please visit our space in ALA Connect.Looking forward to sharing more with you all over the next few months!Best,LessaCharge: Appointed by then ALA President Jim Neal in June 2018, the Steering Committee on Organizational Effectiveness will carry out a comprehensive review and study of ALA's governance, member participation and legal structures and systems, with the goal of proposing changes that will vitalize its success, strength and agility as a 21st century association.A full list of SCOE Committee members can be found on the Committee's ALA Page.
