An updated procedures form has been uploaded. Changes were made after review from ACRL staff.

Article IV, Sec. 1, change from "Section" to "Interest Group" per request of Locke Morrisey at the ALA Midwinter meeting.

The bylaws were renamed "procedures" at the request of ACRL, no content has changed.
