    Hi Health Sciences Interest Group,

    What does continuing Ed/professional development specifically encompass for medical librarians? Is this done in-house at the library you work at (through organizational training such as webinars, meetings, discussion groups)? Or is it assigned as a task to be done outside of your job? How is continuing Ed/professional development kept tracked/measured?
