    Greetings:

    The Associate Dean for Research at my institution asked the library how health sciences libraries have adapted to the increased availability of open-access scholarship and publishing. He would like to know if libraries continue acquiring large subscription packages or whether libraries have reduced the number of subscriptions purchased in favor of open-access publications.
