I apologize to those who are unable to make it at that time. It was unfortunately very challenging to find a time that worked for everyone. Notes will be posted here, and I am happy to follow up with anyone who is unable to attend via email and Zoom. I am hopeful that part of the challenge was just the busy nature of September, and that with preplanning we might be able to reach everyone in the future.
As you can see in the planning document attched to this message, I plan to have a series of regularly scheduled meetings as well as working meetings open to those who are able to make it and benefit from attending. I'll likely put the working meetings on different days than the regular meetings in hopes of making things accessible to the most people. However, please take the actual listed dates with a grain of salt, as they are placeholders that I put in based loosely on the polling results for our fitrst meeting.
Please take a look at the work plan and fill out the new when2meet (Ongoing ACRL Govt. Relations Meeting Scheduling - When2meet). This is about general availability as I fill in official dates for the rest of the meetings.
