We are rebooting the monthly article discussions, into a monthly Google Hangout. All the details are here: tiny.cc/libret

The first will be on October 29 at 6PM PSTWe will be discussing this article:

Soria, K. M., Fransen, J., & Nackerud, S. (2014). Stacks, Serials, Search Engines, and Students’ Success: First-Year Undergraduate Students' Library Use, Academic Achievement, and Retention. The Journal of Academic Librarianship, 40(1), 84–91. doi:10.1016/j.acalib.2013.12.002

I have also compiled the bibliography that Scott Lee posted back in January into a Zotero Group: https://www.zotero.org/groups/acrl_student_retention_discussion_group. Feel free to add to this as you come across articles related to student retention and libraries.

Hi  Kelly - just wanted to double check the time zone on your announcement is correct, before I send it out to others. Is it really 6pm PST? Thanks!
