Thank you to all who were able to attend our meeting today. I am attaching several documents to this email. I will also immediately follow this note with a second post that has a document for our review.

First, I am attaching a copy of our agenda from today with notes. If you did not attend,  please take a few minutes to review.

I am including the copy of our annual report and work plan.   We looked at this during the meeting with attention to new areas of focus on EDIA and our work ahead.

I also requested you each consider where you might like to volunteer as a liaison  for the committee. This would mean reaching out to the work group at the appropriate time and also being the point of contact to that group as they begin their document review and revision. You can assign yourself in one of the GREEN shaded boxes in rows 2-8 on this tracking form https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14HiV1DOdTuwmvzOsELeV_R7b2VJeEVpcoxboRL2uKbE/edit#gid=563998332

Finally, I am placing the link to the policy that governs our work as a committee here:
    https://www.ala.org/acrl/resources/policies/chapter14
This information may be helpful to you if you are new to the committee or need a reminder of the scope of our work.

Please let me know if you have questions.
