In advance of the upcoming ALA Annual Conference in Washington, DC, ACRL will continue the tradition of hosting a virtual leader orientation for incoming leaders whose terms will begin on July 1, 2019. The orientation will be a flipped classroom format, with a presentation to view in advance and a live meeting for Q&A. Please view the below recording and bring any questions you may have to the Q&A on Thursday, May 23, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. central.

Who Should Attend
Incoming Vice-Chairs
All committee vice-chairs who will be chairs in 2019–2020 are expected to view the recorded presentation and attend the live Q&A. If your vice-chair term starts on July 1, 2019, please plan to attend.
Current Chairs & Vice-Chairs
Current committee chairs and vice-chairs are welcome, as it may help in the transition, especially in relation to completing the 2018–2019 committee year-end report and preparing for the 2019–2020 committee work plan.
