    Chamber Dance Company: Background on the company and preview of recently completed documentaries on Tandy Beal and Bebe Miller.

    Sandra Kurtz will speak informally about a critic's perspective on using dance collections and documenting local dance history.

    Sandra Kurtz teaches and writes about dance in Seattle, Washington. She has degrees in theater, dance, and movement analysis, and has taught at the University of Washington and Cornish College.  Sandi helped to found the Northwest Dance Coalition (1983-89) and edited its newsletter.  She’s served on the board of the Dance Critics Association, and edited newsletters for the DCA and Society of Dance History Scholars.
