[Question] Experience with Madison Assessment and/or Online Assessment Tests/Exams

  • 1.  [Question] Experience with Madison Assessment and/or Online Assessment Tests/Exams

    Hello everyone,

Since 2011, my university has been using the Information Literacy Test (ILT) from Madison Assessment LLC to serve as a Departmental Credit Exam for our 1 hour information literacy class. It's a good assessment tool, but we've run into some customer service issues. Now we're investigating whether to stick with the company or to pursue a new type of online assessment test.

Does anyone else have experience with Madison Assessment, good or bad?

Does anyone else use online assessment tests or exams as part of your information literacy assessment? If yes, are they in house, or from a vendor?

Any information and help is appreciated. Thanks in advance for at least reading.
