Charge: The composition and the duties of the Board of Directors are defined in Article IX of the ACRL Bylaws: Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall have general oversight and direction of the affairs of the Association. It shall conduct all business pertaining to the Association, and shall have authority to make decisions for the Association during the periods between meetings.

    The Board is invited to review the attached draft ACRL Board proceedings from its meetings at the 2019 ALA Annual Conference and have discussion during the period of 7/29/19–8/5/19.

    Please post comments regarding the draft proceedings using threaded discussion to provide feedback regarding the content. Board members can also email editorial corrections directly to Allison at apayne@ala.org. The draft proceedings are posted as a Word document to allow the use of track changes if significant changes are needed.

    Following the discussion period, the Board will vote on the draft ACRL Board proceedings from its meetings at the 2019 ALA Annual Conference via virtual vote during 8/6/19–8/12/19 and confirm its vote at the 2020 ALA Midwinter Meeting.
