Library Employees' Perceptions of Library Leaders' Toxic Behaviors

We (Russell Michalak, MLIS & Monica D.T. Rysavy, Ph.D., Ed.D.)  are conducting research about library employees' perceptions of library leaders' toxic behaviors; specifically those that fall under the categories of narcissistic, toxic, and/or power behaviors.  To learn about these perceptions, we are using a survey (with permission) developed by Dr. David B. Ross in 2016. Data collected from this survey will be used in publications and presentations about toxic behaviors in the workplace.

If you are a library employee, we would be grateful for your participation in our research by completing this survey by September 30, 2021. Please visit the following link https://gbcir.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_06eIoC8uRZDouq2 to learn more about the survey and to participate. Thank you for your time!

Have questions about this research? Please feel free to contact us by filling in this form: https://airtable.com/shrausfQozT32g8mV

Apologies for cross-posting, but we're hoping to reach the most library employees possible.
