    Dear ACRL Division-level Committee Leaders,


    Attached is the 2017 ALA Annual Conference schedule with room assignments. Please review your specific meetings for this year’s conference to ensure accuracy regarding your requested meeting times.


    A message from ALA Conference Services:


    “We made every effort to accommodate everyone, however in a few instances we may have had to change your meeting set in order to accommodate your meeting.”

    When announcing your schedule, please remind your committee members that they are prohibited from making room set changes in the Convention Center and all hotels. Rooms are set to accommodate all groups and not only one group. If you have any issues onsite with your requested AV or meeting room set, please use the ALA Conference Services phone number that I will send to you prior to the conference.
