    Dear ACRL Division-level Leaders,


    As we draw closer to meeting in the Windy City, attached is the preliminary schedule for the 2017 ALA Annual Conference in Chicago.


    Please take a moment to carefully review your sessions for accuracy and keep in mind that the no-conflict times at Annual are Friday, June 23, 2017, 4:00pm–7:00pm; and Tuesday, June 27, 2017, 10:00am–11:30am. Per ALA Conference Services’ guidelines, no session can be scheduled over the no-conflict times. Also, please confirm that your sessions are within the ALA uniform timeslots.


    If you need to revise a description or meeting title, add speakers or cancel a session, email your changes to me at esharpe@ala.org by Friday, March 31, 2017.
