Standards Tracking Spreadsheet Redux

    Greetings SC members!

Per our discussion at the last phone meeting, I did a little housekeeping in the tracking spreadsheet. I moved the documents that are past due for review/ revision to a tab called Past Due to pull those out. Most of those are the Framework adjacent documents that ILFSC is working on, but there are a few others there as well at various stages. I did this just so we can keep a closer eye on them and keep those documents moving along and updated. Once these are eventually approved by the Board, we can move them back to the Active Documents tab.

I also made a tab just for the Status Committee documents as those are still under consideration by a new Board-appointed
Task Force with an eye on perhaps combining them into one document. Or at least building on the work on the previous Task Force that was working on them last year.

Each tab is sorted by the date that each document is (or was) due for its most recent revision. I think this will maybe help keep track of the priority work a little more.

We may need to do a little shuffling of the liaison assignments at the next meeting since there are a few new people on the committee. You'll notice that Amanda Nichols Hess has a lot of documents under her name. That's due to her role as Chair of the Information Literacy Standards and Frameworks Committee (ex officio on Standards). Her group has committee members working on each document, but she's the liaison between ILFSC and Standards, so it makes the most sense to have those documents with her (and subsequent ILFSC charis) for status updates. I also removed liaison assignments for documents that are more than two years out from their next review as those dates are likely past the end of terms of folks on the current group. We can assign liaisons to those when they get closer to their review/ revision dates.

I also added everyone who send me an address to the spreadsheet. Let me know if you didn't receive a link to the sheet at that address.

Thanks for all of your hard work on the committee and let me know if you have any questions. d-
