In this webinar, academic librarian Raymond Pun will discuss the opportunities for academic libraries to integrate instructional services and outreach activities into the "first year experience" (FYE) space. These activities can be assessed to demonstrate library's value on and support for student success and retention. Attendees will learn about assessment techniques for these services and identify campus partners to expand the library's work in fostering diversity, inclusion, equity and social justice. This webinar will feature active learning components and attendees will be encouraged to participate in these discussions.
