Dec 3rd is the deadline for requesting to reschedule the ALA Annual date to the planning committee. If we don't want to, then there is nothing for us to do now.
We can reconvene in the new year to decide what we want to actually do. So be thinking about it!
Thanks!

Hi there,
We have done virtual meetings in the past. I am hoping to get to annual this year but not midwinter. I know for sure that December 3rd is way too soon for me as I'm wrapping up the semester and I'm very busy. If we can reschedule for a bit later that would be ideal. Thanks to all!

Hi Everyone!
I'm not sure as well? I will not be in attendance for this year ALA, however I'm open to doing a virtual meeting of some kind. I'm also willing to change the December 3rd date if that is too soon for everyone?
Thank you, Tracey Overbey

Hello,
I am on the ANSS Executive Committee and we received a message about ALA Annual scheduling.
As we learned too late last year, the discussion groups do something at the conference. The time we have been slotted is Saturday, 10:30-11:30 PM.
We have until Dec 3 to request a change in schedule.
I will not be at ALA Annual, so I am not sure how to work this. I know some of the past groups have done virtual meetings. We need to decide how to proceed.
