Hey from one of the ACRL Assessment DG Co-Conveners!

Great to see some conversations in the DG - we'll continue to post monthly topics/prompts  to engage the community (and of course feel free to post your own questions/comments!).

We're trying to gauge if there's interest in meeting up informally at ACRL in Pittsburgh.  The goal would be simple: to meet other folks who wear the assessment hat in academic libraries (either as the hat you wear or one of many hats you toggle between).  We thought it would be a nice opportunity to make a connection or two and bond over this work we do (the invigorating, the challenging, and everything in between).

We had no luck trying for an official scheduled space/place on the agenda, so we're wondering if there's interest in gathering somewhere (anywhere!) on our own.

One possible time: Thursday at the end of the afternoon (after afternoon sessions; before dinner).

We'd welcome suggestions for where - and expressions of interest.  Let us know what you think!

Susanna
