Subject: Pre-vote discussion: ACRL Board Proceedings – Spring Board Meeting 2022

Good morning,

The Board is invited to review the attached draft ACRL Board proceedings from its meetings held during the 2022 Spring Board Virtual Meeting and have discussion during the period of 5/9/2022–5/16/2022.

Board members should post comments regarding the draft proceedings using threaded discussion to provide feedback regarding the content. Board members can also email editorial corrections directly to me at apayne@ala.org. The draft proceedings are posted as a Word document to allow the use of track changes if significant changes are needed.

Following the discussion period, the Board will vote on the draft ACRL Board proceedings from the 2022 Spring Board Virtual Meeting, through a virtual vote held 5/17/2022–5/23/2022, and confirm its vote at the next synchronous meeting.

Best,
Allison
