FYI, the Copyright Committee meets in a separate hotel at 1:30. Corey Williams of the ALA Washington Office will brief them first then come to your meeting. She can only stay for the first part as she has another meeting at the convention center, but the update is #2 on the agenda so this should not be a problem.
