Hello colleagues,
I am in the process of revamping training for our student employees in our circulation department, specifically student supervisors who oversee the library building and other student employees in the evening when librarians and other professional staff are not present. Would anyone be willing to share their training materials for similar positions? Specifically, I'm looking for materials that cover leadership or mentorship training, but other materials that detail training programs or activities will also be helpful.
