Membership in the AASL Chapters Forum is open to all and may include the state-level school library association’s president/chair, other officers, conference chair, etc. Past Delegates and other interested stakeholders from the association may join the forum. This space provides an opportunity to share, discuss and ask questions from chapter colleagues across the country.

  • 1.  Affiliate Assembly II

    Good morning!


    I have attached the agenda for Sunday morning's meeting. Breakfast begins at 8:00am along with the AASL Candidate's Forum. We are looking forward to having a great turnout to hear the candidates speak. Our meeting will begin at 9:00am but come early if you want breakfast!


    The 2014 Concerns are also attached. We will be doing a quick review of the progress on them. Please download and save them or print them if you would like to refer to them during the meeting.


    Just so you know, there will be no WiFi in our meeting rooms. Saving and/or printing these documents in advance will assure you have them if you want them during the meeting. 


    I look forward to seeing you all on Sunday morning!

    I am a new affiliate for California. Can you clarify Saturday Discussion Group vs. Sunday Affiliate Meeting? I have a conflict in scheduling on Saturday, and I am trying to determine how to handle it. Thanks, Beth Olshewsky

    Thank you so much to everyone who braved the snow and made it out to Affiliate Assembly in Chicago yesterday! I hope everyone is finding their way home safely today. Draft minutes from this meeting will be posted on ALA Connect in the next few weeks.
