	Question for Teresa - curious what your workflow/QC looked like when you reconciled and structured the student metadata. I'd love to see an example of that if you have one, or if you could explain what it looked like in a concrete way, that would help! We're doing something very similar, and so far, I've just gone through each record one by one...haha

	Another question - do any of you help students add subject heading metadata? We have LCSH as a field, and explaining how to find that is complicated! They are also nervous in picking one. I've considered leaving it out... but we have developed a "word bank" to help them get started. Wonder if anyone else has had experience talking to students about subject heading metadata
