    Julie Hornick is an Instructional Services Librarian at Florida Southern College’s Roux Library, where she recently moved after 13 years as a school librarian in South Carolina. She liaises with the Art & Art History and all Science departments, and the School of Education and School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Her research interests include incorporating new technologies into instruction, instructional design, and the impact that embedded librarians can have on student achievement and retention.
