    Responsible for all aspects of budgeting, human resources, public services, and collection maintenance at Sterling Memorial Library and Bass Library. Programmatic areas include three merged front-line service desks providing information services, privileges, and circulation, Resource Sharing, Reserves, Microform Reading Room, shipping/receiving, shelf preparations, storage facility processing and shelving. The department includes direct and indirect reports of 50 librarians, managers, and paraprofessionals and 100 student workers. Lead, develop and implement all Yale University Library (YUL) Access Services programs and initiatives, with an emphasis on creating a unified and efficient approach to front-line public services in a complex, multiple library system.
