Post Prepping for the Meeting / Getting the Ducks Lined Up

Just a bit more folks:

Please be sure to read the handouts ahead of time in order to request any additional information you think we'll need before we meet on July 13th.

Also, please post any documents the subcommittees have created so we can all review them before the meeting.

What else do we need to do to get our ducks in the proverbial line?
