With all of the overwhelming options out there, it can feel like a person needs another degree to understand and navigate ALA Annual and ALCTS. Skip all of that frustration and come hear it from the source! The ALCTS New Members Interest Group and ALCTS Membership Committee are proud to present this year’s ALCTS 101. This informal gathering will provide opportunities for group discussions on topics including: an overview of the ALCTS division, ALCTS sections, conference navigation, volunteering, publishing, networking, and resume/cover letter review. ALCTS experts will be on hand to answer your questions and chat with you. All are welcome - from the aspiring to the established professional.
Join us on the first evening of the conference weekend for light refreshments after your first full day of the conference or following a long day of traveling. Door prizes will be given out and ALCTS SWAG will be available as long as supplies last!
