To advise the Board of Directors and through it the Association on the establishment, functions, and discontinuance of sections, committees, and other groups as the needs of the Association may require. To review documents and practices and to advise the officers of the Association and its sections and of affiliated groups, or groups seeking affiliation, about consistency with the bylaws of the Association. To recommend amendments to the bylaws of the Association and to report upon proposals for amendments referred to the committee. To review each standing association-level committee on a regular schedule concerning its relevance and success in forwarding the mission and priorities of the Association.
