    The John E. Jaqua Law Library at the University of Oregon is currently hiring for a Law Reference Librarian. Reporting to the senior Law Reference Librarian, this position provides instructional and research services as a member of the reference team. They work collaboratively with the other law librarians and student reference assistants on team projects. They use specialized subject knowledge and expertise to teach legal research skills, support faculty scholarship, and perform collection development services including the selection of library materials. They will participate in departmental planning and administrative duties. They also participate in appropriate professional development activities and organizations to stay current with trends and practices in the field, and to meet UO Libraries faculty criteria for promotion and retention. They actively contribute to the University’s goals regarding equity and inclusion.
