This position will work collaboratively to develop and assess efficient workflows for the enhancement of library discovery services.

    4. Articulated ability to work within a team environment where collaboration and cooperation are essential
    5. Effective written communication skills
    6. Articulated potential to meet University Libraries’ promotion and tenure requirements

While no one person is expected to have all of the following preferred qualifications, the successful candidate will meet many of them:

    1. Demonstrated experience cataloging serials or electronic resources using RDA standards
    2. Demonstrated experience with administrative functions of a library discovery service (e.g., EBSCO, Summon)
    3. Demonstrated experience providing research assistance to users

    6. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and promote equality and inclusiveness in support of the University’s commitment to diversity and inclusion
    7. Expressed willingness to engage with Catholic and Marianist educational values
